Amberjack fish is a finfish fish with a fairly large size. Amberjack carrot coconut milk to eat a whole piece of rice bowl
Fish meat firmly, color bluish, salty, slightly spicy, not tanh but sweet taste, coconut water is very attractive.
PART 1: MATERIAL PREPARATION
- 1 kg of sea amberjack fish
- 500ml of coconut water
- Scallion
- Spicy chili pepper
- Spices: Fish sauce, pepper, sugar, MSG.
- Cooking oil or fat


PART 2: HOW TO MAKE WATERFALL
Step 1: Serve amberjack fish and wash and cut into 5 cm thick and drained. After that, soak fish with salt water about 30 minutes to hard fish and meat. Then, remove the fish to drain the basket.

Step 2: Put the pan on the stove and let the oil heat until you put the garlic into the aroma. Then fry the fish until the yellow color is picked up on the plate.
